The person at my pick up location appeared to be angry and didn’t say 3 words. After checking over the trailer he just walked back inside almost like I was an inconvenience. Then I took my pictures of the trailer and found a large screw in one of the tires. I repaired the tire myself because I felt he wouldn’t help anyway.

This location was 16 miles from my location additional I was charged for the additional miles and gas to drop off truck when a location is 2 miles from my home.
