Location was convenient. Door was locked although they had posted hours showing them to be open. I wanted to tell them about the oil and grease in the truck. No one answered so I was trying to work with the app when a person came out. He said he would add a comment about the oil and grease.

Glenn PStaff was ok but did not spend anytime explaining truck. This was first time renting and had questions. Limit communication and could have been more attentive and friendly.
