Guessing equipment was not inspected very well since there was a plate on the truck that was apparently reported stolen. Being taken out of the truck by gun point was not appreciated.
Andrew NThe person at Eagle was great and very helpful. My original location I was supposed to pick up was East Lansing Storage. No one was there. The mobile pick up app was not working. After being transferred 4 times with UHaul support I was hung up on. Finally 2 hours after my pick up at EL Storage I reached out to Eagle. Your online pick up app is useless, your phone support was useless. I only needed a van but all that was available was a truck; I was happy that Eagle could supply me a truck. The whole process cost me more for fuel, wasted my time, I had people waiting to help with my move. U Haul - you really dropped the ball here. The person at Eagle saved my day but with this experience I would never do a mobile pick up because your system is broken. You cost me time and more money.
