The pick up was supposed to be completed all on my phone. There were lockboxes for keys, but after completing all the instructions we were still directed inside to obtain the key. The problem was that the very nice employee inside did not know how to complete the pick up (not her fault), as the usual person who handles UHaul was not on site. Ultimately, pick up took an hour and created a big set back in our progress for the day.

ASHLEY MWent after hours to return truck. Nowhere to return to. GPS sent me down some back Freddy Krueger looking road to the back of the lot. Lot had gates closed. No directions. What kind of U-Haul location is this?
