Your company has charged me $14 for gasoline. I return the truck with the same amount of gasoline that was in there before I departed. Will hv my credit card company dispute the charge and contact the BBB.
Ericka HTruck needed to be swept out when I received it. It was dusty, and there was an old sheet inside. Also, when I returned, I didn’t expect the gas station attendant to put so much gas in as he talked me into putting more than I needed to because of his method. I was slightly disappointed because I feel like I overpaid for the gas by $10.

KRYSTAL BThe location was fine but charges were added for insurance which was not needed or approved and we were told that the site attendant was not authorized to remove the charge. The van also had a bad order when we first got in it. The ultimate charge was significantly higher than indicated on the estimate and an extra unknown charge was added the next day?? These are all presumably uhaul not location issues.
