Although the back of the truck was not super clean, everything was in excellent working order. The only issue I have is how loud the inside cabin is when traveling. I've read somewhere that noise dampening panels are installed in most vehicles, but it doesn't appear to be the case with rental trucks.

The lock box was frozen shut (from weather) but we went inside and they came right out to help us! Great service. Didn’t add any extra time to the process and very friendly people.
