How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe people who work there are great - I am not sure where in the system this issue happened, but when I picked up a truck at 8am, and it did not have the handtruck or furniture dolly I had reserved, I wasn’t able to get them until the location opened at 11am. My bigger issue is with the U-Haul policy of only offering to reimburse the money for the moving tools and nothing else. Moving is already stressful enough as it is. U-Haul as a company needs to do more for its customers.
