I believe there should be a jack installed on the 6x12 trailers. At my last return, it was after business hours and I had to lift the trailer off my hitch alone. First thing wrong with that, is lifting that kind of weight shouldn’t be left for the customer to do, secondly, once the trailer is released from the hitch, it wants to roll, making it a safety hazard. There are no wheel chocks provided, so the trailer could roll into the back of the customers vehicle. A simple crank jack installed would alleviate the issue as it would provide the stability needed. I have rented this same trailer from other places and have always had a jack on them.

THOMAS HNot this location fault. Uhaul told me to drop trailer at any Fuquay-Varina NC location in paperwork and contract. I drove 8 miles to a Fuquay-Varina NC and was told his lot was full and he would not except my trailer. I ended up having to drive another 25 minutes away in different direction to be able to drop off my trailer which wasted another 50 minutes of my day and cost me another $15 in fuel for my vehicle. Not a very happy customer right now. This is uhauls screwup and they are to blame for telling me one thing in contract and then not allowing me to do that
