Rufus HI received the truck with a less than empty tank of gas (I have pictures to prove it). I put just enough gas in so that when I returned the truck there was less than an empty tank of gas. I was then charged $19.95 for 3gal (a JOKE. I don’t know any state where normal gas is more than $6 a gallon). When I received the truck and drove off, an alarm started beeping. The passenger door was left open from the last time it was used. The original quote was $145. And this was because I overestimated my mileage. Upon returning the truck the final statement was $180. Yet again another joke from this U-Haul company location.
