This location is a shady garage tucked behind some other businesses making it very difficult to locate. In-store pickup option should be disabled for this location as they don't actually offer it. After calling uhaul customer service I was told you can only pick up your vehicle by using the uhaul app and hope you can find the lock boxes hidden in the corner of the garage entry. I went into a nearby business to ask if they knew how I could find the uhaul location and they said 'it's that tiny garage behind us. Hope you got a gun.' Not the best experience.

Nothing. The representative offered to come to work 3 hours early to accommodate my schedule to pick up the trailer. I asked him why would you do that for me. His answer was " no big deal, if it will help you out I don't mind". This guy should be running U-Haul. Great, beyond belief service. You can't get any better.

Kalena BI doubt that I will ever use UHaul again due to the experience I had with this location. They charged me for another person's usage, to the tune of $5,000. This led me to be on the phone with multiple UHaul and bank card reps last night and today and I had to cancel my credit card because it was compromised.
