At first we were a little confused and thought we had to leave the keys in the dropbox, but I stepped inside and the kind man said he could help and took my key. I always feel better leaving things with an actual individual so that was great.
PIERCE MIn my opinion having rented from U-haul over many years, this location is easily the best. Office is always clean and well presented, staff members are helpful and very pleasant. Equipment is clean, well maintained and well organized.
