Pickup was easy, but there were issues with booking. They also seemed a bit disorganized and didn't have many answers to my questions. They also didn't provide specific instructions for pickup besides that the gas tank was extremely low. I wasn't told that I needed to send photos of the vehicle and fill out info before I left the lot, so I had to call and document issues and damage to the vehicle over the phone with a UHaul representative.

CHARLES LJoe was great!
Tallon WI said no for personnel helpful, as it's N/A - it was a holiday and they were not there when I dropped off the trailer it was closed. So it's not that they weren't helpful again it was a national holiday.
