The truck was clean but smelled of cigarettes. The biggest concern was it was me (a woman) and my mom picking up the truck. The male employee told us not to drive off without checking the back because homeless people like to sleep in there. He (a man) didn’t offer to come with us and check. Just told us to be careful in case there were homeless people inside.

The people working there are super nice and do their best. Unfortunately both dollies and the 15' truck we had reserved were not available when we arrived to pick them up. They were able to give us a 10' truck instead of nothing, which was appreciated, but the chaos and lack of notification before arriving was unprofessional.
Andrew HAbsolutely great location but signage was confusing. I could not find the key dropbox. Need another sign for that.
