I originally was booked at a different facility. 630 this morning I’m standing out in the rain dealing with U-Haul not having the reservation ready. Theres a problem when I make a reservation and then have to change everything around because the place was closed.

KEVIN MDropped off after hours. A challenge backing in the Auto Transport--not much room for an inexperienced driver. I am required to answer the question about the personnel at the drop off location being helpful or not. That is not helpful. Not a good design for the questionnaire. I dropped off after hours and did not interact with any personnel, yet I have to answer the question. So, since nobody helped me, they were not helpful!
