James DStore smelled like marijuana. Took a long time to process the return. Attendant paused to help another customer. Then, I received no help in dropping the trailer. I asked for a jack and she said they don’t have one. I checked my truck jack, blur it was too short. I ended up having to lift the tongue and pulled a muscle in my back. I’ll be sending you a bill for my chiropractor this was totally unacceptable.
