I would absolutely recommend this location to a friend and I would absolutely use it again as well. There was someone there in the lobby of the storage facility who quickly helped get me checked out and gave me a credit back for the extra gas I put in it and also helped get the dolly and furniture pad rental removed from the bill since the location I picked the truck at in Goldsboro, which was different from Pinnacle Storage of Monkey Junction, the two locations are 100% independent of the other, the dolly and furniture pads I rented were not in the truck when I picked it up the truck, which again, was NOT Pinnacle Storage, it was the pickup location in Goldsboro, NC that made the errors with my order. Pinnacle was so great I am highly considering changing my storage unit to them very soon!

How U-Haul Reviews WorkI turned in the UHaul keys into the dispenser since they were closed by the time we finished moving. So I had no interaction with staff.
