The U-Haul app has bugs. I had one chance to upload my drivers license. There was an issue, the app closed, and then I was never given another chance to upload the pictures. I was then not able to use the mobile pick up option but luckily the Pinnacle Storage opens early in the day and the guy there was very nice to work with.

JOAN KAt first we were a little confused and thought we had to leave the keys in the dropbox, but I stepped inside and the kind man said he could help and took my key. I always feel better leaving things with an actual individual so that was great.
