This wasn’t completely the locations fault, this was majority a reflection on uhaul. I’m just one girl and I was told that there would be a U-Haul representative there to hook up my auto transport for me. I was told this was also preferred by U-Haul due to liability. However once I arrived without my car and a way to get back home, I was told that I had to solely hook up the auto transport myself. I had to reach out to coworkers to see if they knew anyone who would come help me. If I knew this beforehand, I could’ve prepared. The location also seemed like they did not fully understand the reservation process and was frustrated throughout the pick up process

Mark HEmployee charged a cleaning fee because she was upset that truck floor had to be swept. Most of the trash in truck was from previous rental. I didn't take pictures but to charge $25 to sweep floor is ridiculous.
