I filed a formal complaint on this location. I would avoid this location as a customer at all costs. If you are a U-Haul customer at this location you get bumped to the back of the line for check-in or check out if they have convenient store customers coming into the store. It does not matter your place in line. They only serve their convenience store customers first and U-Haul second I got passed by 10 other customers in line even though I was there first. The employees are the rudest I’ve ever encountered. They say U-Haul isn’t their job and that it’s not a priority and we have to wait. There is so much more to this. I filed a formal complaint with corporate like I said. I would avoid this location for any future uhaul use. The staff is not worth the hassle. They do not represent uhaul well.
