Not clearly marked. Very narrow area to pick up truck and not a very clean area. Wifi was also not very good which resulted in delay of picking up the truck thru the app.

I don’t like that you just leave the truck and then they charge you whatever. I also thought it rude to have the lock password be DORK! Also you get quoted one price on the website when booking and then it’s way more expensive when you go to pick it up!

CAROL HIt seems to be an empty building with no one in it, but it’s my closest location. There is a dropbox kind of scary location.
Sharon DI didn't like the no attendant self service approach. I was standing in the cold rain taking pictures, unlocking keys and working like an unpaid uhaul employer. I couldn't imagine how worst that will be in the winter with deep snow and freezing temperatures. I wouldn't do that.
