When I arrived to pick up my reserved equipment the location was closed. There was a hand written note on door saying closed until Monday. I called UHhaul customer service who said the business did not alert them of being closed. Thanks to a wonderful customer service agent in dispatch I was able to speak to a manager )Paul) who saved the day by checking me out remotely.
