Very tiny lot. I arrived after hours with a 26 foot truck and not much room. All we well however.
Alan DCommunication with U-haul and drop off location was below standard. U-haul had not informed them or me that they changed the drop off location. I fact the location for drop off was 25 miles from my original destination Discount off was not included either.
THOMAS MWhen I arrived to pick up my reserved equipment the location was closed. There was a hand written note on door saying closed until Monday. I called UHhaul customer service who said the business did not alert them of being closed. Thanks to a wonderful customer service agent in dispatch I was able to speak to a manager )Paul) who saved the day by checking me out remotely.
