This location was a joke. I asked for my dozen blankets and they said we don't have those here. Ok.....so. I paid for the trailer, 6x12 with dual axels, and I asked if there was someone to help me hitch the trailer. Again, we don't have anyone. Ok....so I went out got my car in position to hook up, (I have done trailer hookups for years.) I got out of the car and tried to lift the tongue, and no way in hell could a 67 yr. Old woman lift that!!!! I was mad at this point and started walking across the parking lot towards the business. I saw a young man co.e outside so I asked him if he could help and he said sure. He was the best. Got the hitch together and I was on my way. Shame on this business.

Donald MThe chains were too large to go hook up. I had to move to a different trailer and hook up. The woman that took care of me exchanged trailers very easily.
