I am disappointed with U haul; they made me drive to three locations even without sorry
Bharath BI reserved the uhaul van... smaller vehicle, uses less gas, when I arrived for pick up, I was told I reserved the cube van truck and not the regular van so I had to take the truck, I am english, I know what I rented, I know what I asked for, I am aware of what I asked for and reserved, when I arrived, it was gone and all that was left is the truck, the foreign guy making the arrangements argued with my about what I reserved, is it possible that communication is a problem... for example, as when we discussed pick up time, he did not understand the concept of "noon" and other customers were laughing when I explained noon was 12:00 pm and not 12:00am... but alas, I was wrong, this is what I reserved
