First off you changed my location on the day before I was to pick up my rental. This put me 20-30 minutes farther from my original location. Second fly, the owner of this pick up location had no idea I was to pick up my rental and it took. Early 40 minutes to pick up the rental. Thirdly the ac did not work for the first half of the trip home and then when it wud work it was only intermittent. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had with renting from your company. Then to add insult to injury I was still charged the same amount t even though I was inconvenienced at pick up and the equipment (ac) only half worked.
