KIMBERLY II think the “guess how many miles” you will use upfront and pay for that with the fear of going over and getting charged more per mile is a total scam. Set a flat rate for miles. I paid for 30 miles and only used half that because you make people pay for miles they won’t use. Very off putting as a customer to get conned into paying more when you make plenty off the rental as is.
