The location was sooooo bad so bad customer service it was alone guy working there i waited in queue for my turn once my turn came he started helping me around 11:45 i was there at 11:30 he was helping me then was taking another customer he kept doing this shit and gave me key around 12:28 soo bad location

The vehicle is in the heart of ghetto. Did not feel comfortable picking up the unit or dropping it off. The vehicle was not cleaned and was covered in graffiti. The vehicle was picked up with 1/8th of tank of gas. The vehicle did not perform as though it had winter tires which extended my rental period substantially.
