Donald was super helpful, experienced, and knowledgeable. The reason this location didn’t receive 5-stars is because the computer system was slow, which caused us to have to wait about 20-30 minutes for the person in front of us transaction to go through. Then we had to wait. Feedback: make investments in upgrading the systems, especially in rural (small town) areas.
CONNIE CThe man who rented the equipment to us was abrasive and rude. He did not tell me that I needed copies of the drivers’ licenses and then argued with me when I said that I was unaware of the need for them. He was thorough in educating us but lacked customer service skills.
