Original designated trailer had a flat. The replacement had new tires and was clean.

For the second time now, I was charged an additional $25 for cleaning, even though the truck was as clean when I returned it as it was when I picked it up. The first time you did this to me, I complained and was later reimbursed by UHaul Corporate. They also agreed it was excessive, and my cleaning was satisfactory. I am likely not using this location again.
