The place I picked up truck was excellent. However this was not the place I chose to pick truck up. It was 20 miles away, causing me to pay way more more mileage and fuel.

RONALD BThis was a second location that I was sent to, which was out of the way for me, and something I did not plan for. I wasted a LOT of time trying to get the truck I reserved at the original 8th street Citgo location, but the employee never showed up for work, and the location was locked, with no keys left. After calling U-Haul, and getting transferred a couple times, even the customer service rep was surprised that I had no way to get the keys for the reserved truck. The customer service rep was helpful, and found a different location with the truck size that I needed. The truck tires looked to be down to the wear indicators, and should probably be looked at. This was a very poor experience.
