Not where I scheduled pick up, and was not informed of change of location! 30 miles out of my way! Furious at Uhaul for the bullshit customer service! Location of pick up employees were great. Uhaul get your shit together and figure out how to help your customers that don't rent multiple trucks a day like UPS.... Oooo wait they get Penske! Figure out your customer service...Hunter H.

When picking up we were told that Buds doesn't usually process transactions until 9am. The lady was very nice and accommodated our 7:30am pick up time that was listed on the website. Please either change the time on the website or confirm pick up times with Buds.Joseph N.

My appointment was changed from another location to Bud's. I was unable to pick up the truck with TruckShare and when I did finally get the keys, none of the dollies or furniture blankets were in the truck. I had to go back to get the dollies, which I was made to feel was an inconvenience for them, and they didn't have any blankets. I was still charged for them and tried disputing the charge and I haven't heard anything back yet. Next time I move I will be using any company other than U-Haul.Andrew P.

It is an absolute joke trying to get in touch with UHAUL about an overcharge on my credit card!!!! The location said they cannot do anything about the overcharge because it is all done through Uhaul. Tried to call 800 number, always a 20+ minute wait. The third time I called it I waited 25 minutes and no one ever picked up. So, I tried live chat Three times as well, no one wanted to chat there either!!! I have decided maybe they will talk to me when my credit card company reverses the entire charge. Maybe they will contact me to discuss my $70.00 overcharge!!!SCOTT F.

Was told that I could drop at "any U-Haul" location in Wis. Rapids. The person at this location said that they did not want to take the vehicle, citing that "corporate would not allow them". They were helpful in giving me the number of another location in town - called them - they could not take it either as they were literally out of places to park vehicles, but told me that the place I was at "has to take it" (they did seem to have room to park it in back - yes, there were better than 18 pieces of U-Haul trailer/trucks there). I went back in and told the person this and left it there. The person at this business wasn't happy about it. I was put off a little by attitude by the business regarding returning the truck, but I think U-Haul corporate needs to get their act together regarding stuff like this and not penalize the business that is renting U-Haul's product. Not pleased overall, but they have a semi monopoly on this kind of stuff. If I have to move, yeah, I will probably rent from U-Haul again (begrudgingly).PATRICK S.
People there were regular gas station clerks and had no idea what they were doing and provided no help whatsoever. The truck i rented was filthy, cracks in the windshield, and the cabin was loud- like an airport runway, but for 1400 miles.Forrest D.
