Islington location has nothing to do with feedback below. First I made a reservation, was charged and came to U haul Lesly St. Location but it was closed in business hours. Dispatch over the phone confirmed that nobody there to give me a key even though truck was in the parking lot. Had to go to Islington location and money will remain on hold for over a weak. Was charged twice. Terrible service!!! Never again.
