I’ve to cancel Our initial reservation #85036597 because upon arrival to Kush Food Mart the attendants were rude and said the Uhaul system was down and they couldn’t sell us anything. Poor CS service and barely NO English. We started calling different locations as it was an emergency with my car that needed to be towed and didn’t had enough $$$. Called Sun Quest and Christine was very kind and understanding. She also waited for us to arrive almost at close time and called me back to start the reservation to make the process faster. From now on this will be my go to location for any Uhaul needs. Thank you Christine!!!

David SThere is a sign on the door saying something about no swearing or yelling will be tolerated. That's reasonable. We don't swear or yell; however, she approached us just assuming we would be a problem. My husband was upset because our engine blew on the way to vacation, which we now were unable to take. I told her that him being upset had nothing to do with her. It was about him being upset at the situation. She had no compassion or understanding for our situation.. If I were in her shoes, I would have approached it much differently. In addition, she said the tank was 1/2 full. It was under the 1/2 full line. After leaving we discovered that the left front light was out. The automobile needs maintenance as the transmission was not shifting properly.
