angelique sAgent at this location was not familiar with U-Haul. She charged me with insurance even after I reserved the trailer with no insurance, and then said that she couldn't reverse it off. Then when she told me where the trailer was, it wasn't there, and we ended up having to search the back of the property for it. Not only that, the trailer was backed all the way up to a curb, so it couldn't be lifted to the hitch, so she had to ask some employees in a neighboring business to pull it out. I definitely would not rent from this location again.
