They were closed for at least two days due to illness with no back up plan. Left message but never received a call back. Not sure how you can run a business like that.

I dropped it off during closed business hours. I did not interact with anyone.
SUSAN Bhad trouble with location not being open but the app said it was open and miss communication was happening on U-Haul side. if you want me to be happy give me a reimbursement for my troubles. The hrs i rented the truck was from 8am - 5pm but was told i have to have the truck back at 3pm. Also i was told to show up at the U-Haul place at 9am. I did not get my full hrs of renting the truck and was still charged full price. U-Haul did not cover their end of the contract.
kristopher HI had to call and get 3 tires replaced. One of the tires had a chunk missing with wires showing and the other 2 were bald on the inside tread. I was traveling from upstate South Carolina to Pennsylvania!!!! I would've had a blow out and a possible fatal wreck had it not been found pre trip!!!! Very unsatisfied.
