The app was not functioning properly when we were signing out the truck. Taking pictures was miserable to be nice. The app would not accept/ save the pictures we were taking. Thank goodness someone was there and checked on his computer and said everything was good otherwise I would have canceled my reservation. Checking out a truck to use for a few hours should not be this difficult. Disappointed in the app. Please fix your bugs.

Very disappointed in U-Haul. Truck was terrible, brakes squeaked something fierce. I chose to pick up in office and waited 45 minutes and called and was told it was an online pickup. No what I requested, so totally not happy with u-haul as a whole! Probably won’t be using them again in the future

SCOT HThe person who checked me in said it was his second day. He was very nice, but he had received very little training in doing the check in. It required almost 30 minutes to complete the process.
