You guys charged me for mote mielage and gas than i actually used. What a trash operation, worst uhaul experience ive ever had.

ANTHONY SU-Haul truck located behind a locked gate and in a grass field over a curb. This put us behind schedule trying to resolve the locked gate issues. I had to drive the truck over a field and over curbs to get it back onto the asphalt parking lot. Horrible experience using the 24/7 truck share as the product wasn’t available at the reserved time.
