Keep the same customer oriented staff. Justin in North Charleston on Dorchester road went above and beyond for me. Christine in Wiodruff Sc at drop off was also super helpful and kind. Hard to find these days - especially at 2 different locations. Give them a shout out - they are serving U haul well!

BETHANY SDue to some overbooking I had to pickup my auto trailer in Woodruff, but I was well compensated for the inconvenience. Spartanburg went out of their way to please me. The Woodruff location had it ready but no one to assist in the hookup. Should a customer need help in hooking up or other assistance there was no one available. But the clerk was very friendly.
