Alfonso IWhen I arrived with my reservation/confirmation number, the employee told me that I did not have a reservation. After 30-40 minutes of going back and forth, calling his supervisor and obtaining more information, from me, he finally realized that I DID have a reservation. This whole inconvenience caused a delay in my moving process. When we walked in to this sight, the employee was telling another customer that he also did not have a reservation. The employee stated that just because their company name was on the reservation, did not mean we would be getting a truck from them. He made absolutely not sense. Bad customer service from an inexperienced employee. In addition, UHAUL has a moving helper listed, that no longer works with you, claims they never received an alert, and we ended up without moving help. Get it together UHAUL! Horrible experience.
