The checkout process on the app is a pain in the ass. Wouldn’t let me get past the screen when you take pictures of the truck (which was very clean) and the pictures I took were exactly how they instructed. I had to call customer service and it just took a lot longer than it should have. At least the guy I spoke to on the customer service line was helpful and helped push the checkout process through

I dealt primarily with Arnold and he was absolutely amazing. We were in a bind and needed a UHaul immediately and Arnold provided!
Josh SUpon arriving - the associate was not there, however, we phoned the number on the building, he was very polite and provided instructions on how to perform the return, he arrived and checked the vehicle in without issue.
