I was assured by the Uhaul Rep from the toll free number that the vehicle trailer was large enough to fit my truck. It was 2ft too short and there was a sharp edge on the fender that damaged my passenger side running board when I backed the truck off after realizing the trailer wasn’t long enough. The trailer had a flat tire that I identified to the dealer and he filled it up for me, but was flat again in a few hours. I wasted half a day to travel to Woodstock because the uhaul Rep on the phone convinced me that the trailer would fit my trailer, other wise I could have just picked up the 15’ truck from the town I was already in. I also had to replace the driver’s side windshield wiper as the existing one was damaged at a personal cost of $30CAD. There was also no snowbrush in the vehicle to clear ice and snow off of the windshield and mirrors.
