When your customer is booking a rental it would be beneficial to have the proper and accurate information concerning rental availability and location prior to booking equipment that may or may not be actually be available at requested dates and times and locations.
WILLIAM BThe booking in NB is the worst problem ever, trying to get a truck in your location, as we are left hanging until 3 days before/ then how do you find a truck or mover. Dealer is excellent to work with here and he made the move much easier.
Carol EUHAUL needs to install tongue jack or scissor jacks on all of their trailers before someone get an injured back. Especially when staff are busy with other customers. A customer should be able to hitch and un-hitch by themselves as sometimes removing the trailer at a destination is favorable. I have a bad back and couldn't lift the tongue off the box it was sitting on. I had to keep kicking the box out from under the tongue. Other than this issue all went well.
