Location for pick was change 4 times within the week of my actual moving date. The truck we pick up was located over an 1h away from my residence. It was also damaged and dirty (seems like a horse was put in the back or farming stuff) cabin was also dirty with some kind of sticky liquid.

Could not seem to find my reservation. Asked me to go to a different location and acted irked when I refused. Did not asked if I had rented before or refer me to the standard video. They were not interested in how I hooked up the trailer until I asked them to look at it. Never checked my brake or signal lights, which I did later. Not the best service I ever had.

Peter SWhen your customer is booking a rental it would be beneficial to have the proper and accurate information concerning rental availability and location prior to booking equipment that may or may not be actually be available at requested dates and times and locations.
WILLIAM BThe booking in NB is the worst problem ever, trying to get a truck in your location, as we are left hanging until 3 days before/ then how do you find a truck or mover. Dealer is excellent to work with here and he made the move much easier.
