Was booked to pick truck up at 9:00 a.m. Saturday morning. Arrived, no one was there and had to call Customer Service as the app for self serve is hard to use and data lagging. Worker arrived while on the phone with Customer Service, he told me to hang up. and that he didn't open till 11 a.m.
