You need to send information if a person is picking up a rental off hours, you need to inform the patron that you need to down load your information and pictures in order to pick up the keys for the truck. This would have been very helpful since I have never done this before. This was a complete night mare because of my phones WIFI in the parking lot where the truck was. I could have done this at home before I picked up the truck. Your system for pick up needs to be looked over and your schedule manager or customer service person should explain this over the phone because your website is lacking. They said they where going to send a video for pick up but it never came!
