After paying for the extra coverage the vehicle got stuck in my driveway, I called uhaul and was told I had to pay $450. I found a local towing company that cost me $250 cash. Now 1 person said I could be refunded and transfered me right back to the same lady for defined me. I just bought a home and this was supposed to be a happy time. Why did I get the extra coverage just to pat another $250 cash on top. Do the right thing uhaul and reimburse me my $250!
