The 26’ truck was clean and ready, however I’m convinced the truck had some mechanical issues. I’ve rented other U-Haul trucks, this one was the bumpiest ride imaginable and had a weird front to back surging at multiple speeds.

Ramon SCharged a cleaning fee and claimed I put a hole in the seat in which I did not. We personally swept and mopped and cleaned the interior. I rented UhAul equipment for 3 weekends in the last month but will no longer now.
CHAD CThe customer service was amazing, eventhough we had a failed mobile reservation in Jasper, TX. The system was going really slow, but kept me preoccupied with pleasant conversations and laughter.
