They did not have a hand truck I ordered so I had to go to another location to get one. Very inconvenient.

I dropped tabt he truck off after adding gas above starting fuel level. The attendant me take a picture of mileage and gas gauge. After giving him my phone, he completed my return paperwork and said he would email a receipt. After I received the receipt, I was charged $9.80 for gas i didn't owe. He never mentioned i was low on fuel and the picture showed I was above the starting level.
PHILIP GQuoted one price, charged another. Advertised price not available. If returned within 3 miles of rental place, charged out of town return. Terrible communication. No one answering phones.
BENJAMIN SI reserved a dolly but didn’t get one. Was also charged for a dolly. It was okay but not great.
AARON MGas station. Good for drop off and that’s about it.
