Self service drop off location
JOHN CIt's a tiny parking lot...the guy was very nice in the store...
Amey D"The change oil level" message on the dashboard was disturbing. I was worried that I may be responsible if the message were to change while driving to change oil now. The cabin smelled of cigarette smoke. I will say the the cargo van "got the job done" and I am grateful for that. I do appreciate the service that U-Haul does provide. I am grateful for that too.
FREDERICK GVehicle had plaster on the seats and chunks of plaster in the cargo area that had to be swept out before loading furniture, The employees at the store where nice but your return procedure to a site with humans available is cumbersome and time consuming
