Awful customer service and only went 27 miles and charged for 9 gallons of gas. Not even given option to go get gas. Also, he never told me he was charging me for fuel. Awful location. Man was extremely rude. Never again. Always had good luck with UHaul but not here.

Truck had 2 dashboard alerts Low air pressure RR and a towing alarm.
Steven AThe equipment was not ready for pick up when we arrived. The store clerk did not know how to check in the equipment that had been returned by another customer. It took us nearly an hour for him to return the equipment to the system and log it out to us. Furthermore, this location is not just a convenience store; it sells tobacco, bongs, and sex toys among other interesting things. I had to wait for the clerk while he helped another customer who wanted to buy papers to roll his joints.I do not think it is appropriate to have this as a U-Haul pick up location. Thank God, I did not have my child with me.
