Tried to do everything online, however I couldn't seem to finish the pick up. Thankfully the owner had stayed late and upon seeing me he told me to come right in and got my reservation paperwork done. This is a fine example of going above and beyond. BRIAN KThe U-Haul software created delays for me as the system created errors that the guy had to call support to get the issue resolved. The guy at birds towing had to go through a lot of steps to resolve the issue and get me on my way.
