I had a very disappointing experience at this U-Haul location. Upon entering the building, I was immediately confronted by an aggressive dog barking at me. When I expressed concern, the manager dismissed it by saying the dog would not bite and told me to just walk past it. This made me extremely uncomfortable and set a poor tone for the visit. The situation did not improve from there. Both the manager and the employee appeared irritated when I declined to let the employee drive my truck to the back to hook up the trailer. I felt this was a reasonable preference, but it seemed to be met with annoyance. After I backed up to the trailer myself, I was left waiting for several minutes before the manager—rather than the employee—came out to assist. The interaction felt rushed and unfriendly, and the manager’s attitude came across as unprofessional. Overall, this was not a welcoming or professional experience. Due to these issues, I will not be returning to this location and would not recommend it to others.

My only issue was there were three 8 am pickups and even though I arrived before 8, I was third in line. This made my pickup much later than 8. I didn’t leave the pickup until 845. Just made my schedule off all day.
