Very unhappy with the drop off procedure and the link you provide to return the vehicle is faulty. It does not upload the proper pictures and says its charging me for gas when the tank is FULL.

Great customer service
LEO EI am an older renter and using apps are not in my purview. I prefer face to face communication. Other than that, all good.
Lisa SIf someone is picking up after hours, they should feel safe to do so and be able to locate the key. Unfortunately neither of those were the case for me. When trying to locate the keys to obtain the rental, I stumbled upon someone laying on the porch. Being a female by myself at 9pm, I was unsure what to do. Called customer service who tried to help me locate the keys. When they were unable to, I asked them if they could cancel my reservation to which I was told they could and I would receive my refund in 3-5 days. I received a partial refund. Why am I being charged for something I never got to use? Very disappointed
